Co-founder and Director

Aniruddha is a management genius. More than two and half decade in the project management domain across multiple industries such as IT, Telecommunication, and Healthcare in the US, Aniruddha is a strong leader who has been driving the Shreemeera legacy from many years now. An Electronics Engineer by education, Aniruddha was a crucial part of the Sales and Business Development team at Legrand India. His results-driven approach has helped Shreemera evolve as a leader in the industry.

Pratima Agate

Crunching numbers is like breathing for Pratima. She is the wizard behind Shreemeera’s strong financial and accounting structure. A commerce graduate by education, Pratima has an extremely strong domain understanding of corporate financing and accounts. With an immense experience of handling full accounting systems of various organization in India & US, Pratima has been the backbone of Shreemera journey so for.

Meet The Team

Ashutosh Ukidve

Ashutosh an engineering graduate has been associated with Shreemeera since the year 2011. He has a rich experience over two decades in the field of testing, repairing, R&D, Project Engineering & Planning, Design & Development of Automation Control Panels & Electronic Controllers. More than two and half decade he has worked with renowed organizations in various capacities such as Senior Engineer in R&D department with Vanaz Engineers, with Primove Engineering pvt Ltd he worked as a senior engineer & project planning and M/s Kanan Enterprises he has worked in the repairing department. His area of interest particularly lies with R&D i.e Product Development Design.

Prashant Kulkarni

Prashant has been working with Shreemeera since 2012. More than two and half decade he has worked with the various organizations like Esya Engineering Pvt. Ltd as Director Technical, Task Precision Industries and Elvina Test control equipment. He has worked in the area of R&D, controlling of various auto-components related process and more for brands like Hyundai, Toyota Kirloskar, TVS group, Ashok Leyland, Cummins India Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Group, Bharat Forge Ltd, Telco, FAG Bearing Ltd. Gabriel India Ltd., Kalyani Lemmerz Ltd, Dana Spicer Ltd., Precision Cam Shaft Ltd. and many small-scale industries.

Samir Ruikar

Samir is an engineer with a more than three and half decade experience in the various industrial verticals such as International Sales and Marketing, new Partnerships, project management and more. He has worked with globally renowned organizations such as Val Morgan Advertising, MM Electricals, Australian Baldor, TE Connectivity, IBM BP – Australia, Radix Infotech and Crompton Greaves. He is versatile, loves strategy and to work under pressure. After all ‘diamonds are created under pressure’. We are proud to have him associated with Shreemeera since 2015 as a manager for business development.

Ajita Kanitkar

Ajita Kanitkar is a highly experienced Electronics Engineer with a proven track record of two & half decade in R&D and manufacturing of customized electronic equipment. production planning, testing of equipment & parts, and future amendments in the new design of the products.
Since 2020, she has been associated with Shreemeera ,Mumbai office, where she oversees full operation of Mumbai lab. Her main focus is on the technical execution, components planning, repairs & testing of the customer jobs.
Prior to Shreemeera, Ajita held leadership and engineering roles at Neoteric Systems Pvt. Ltd. (R&D Team Leader) and Oracle Instruments (Sr. R&D Engineer). Her areas of expertise include core electronics, design and development concept exploration, and project management across both servicing and new product development.
