An Electronics Engineer by education, Aniruddha was a crucial part of the Sales and Business Development team at Legrand India. His results-driven approach has helped Shreemera evolve as a leader in the industry.

Ashutosh Ukidve
Ashutosh an engineering graduate has been associated with Shreemeera since the year 2011. He has a rich experience over two decades in the field of testing, repairing, R&D, Project Engineering & Planning, Design & Development of Automation Control Panels & Electronic Controllers. With over two decades of rich experience he has worked with renowed organizations in various capacities such as Senior Engineer in R&D department with Vanaz Engineers, with Primove Engineering pvt Ltd he worked as a senior engineer & project planning and M/s Kanan Enterprises he has worked in the repairing department. His area of interest particularly lies with R&D i.e Product Development Design.
Prashant Kulkarni
Prashant who has been working with Shreemeera has a rich experience of more than two decades and has worked with the various organizations like Esya Engineering Pvt.Ltd as Director Technical, Task Precision Industries and Elvina Test control equipment. He has worked in the area of R&D, controlling of various auto-coponents related process and more for brands like Hundai, Toyota Krloskar, TVS group, Ashok Leyland, Cummins India Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Group,Bharat Forge Ltd, Telco, FAG Bearing Ltd. Gabriel India Ltd., Kalyani Lemmerz Ltd, Dana Spicer Ltd., Precision Cam Shaft Ltd. and many small-scale industries.
Samir Ruikar
Samir is an engineer with a rich experience of more than two and half decade in various industrial verticals such as International Sales and Marketing, new Partnerships, project management and more. He has worked with globally renowned organizations such as Val Morgan Advertising, MM Electricals, Australian Baldor, TE Connectivity, IBM BP – Australia, Radix Infotech and Crompton Greaves. He is versatile, loves startegy and to work under pressure. After all ‘diamonds are created under pressure’. We are proud to have him associated with Shreemeera since 2015 as a manager for business development.

Milind Jape
Milind is our Principal Coach and Consultant for Electronics, IOT. He comes with several years of experience in Electronics and Semiconductor Industry in India and abroad. As a young engineer, Milind worked a couple of years for Videocon India, an international company in a role of setting up a new manufacturing line working with Toshiba Japan. He moved on to Singapore and worked for various multinational companies like National Semiconductor, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Avago Technologies and, Qualcomm Global. While working in Industry he was part of training panel to devise training curriculum, design technical manuals for imparting training to new engineers and Managers. He worked in various engineering and management roles, staffed and grew teams in product and test development engineering, bench and system level testing, outsourcing contract management, wafer foundry management, design interface etc. While in Singapore he did his Masters in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Thames School of commerce. He served as chairman of company’s charity drive and led university interns and job fairs as Manager in charge of academia.
